Research notes
[S166] The first Israeli-built CM170 was delivered to El Salvador in February 1974, after serving with the IDF as 215. It was written off in an accident on 22 April 1980, but repaired for preservation on the military air base of Comalapa. | The Fouga 90 was the proposed successor of the CM-170 Magister. The prototype was already painted in French AF colours. Eventually the Alpha Jet was selected.
