Research notes

[S166] The Fouga Magister was a sales success. Seen on the left are No 236 of the French air force, retained by the manufacturer for some time, and FM-16 for Finland. On the right, MT14 for Belgium and an aircraft coded AA-171 for the West German Luftwaffe, probably c/n 74/D9. The photo must have been taken early in 1960. The location is assumed to be Blagnac, where final assembly took place. Photo by: J Havard Revendu / cédé à : Gabon (liste fouga.be [S022]).
